Description

A refreshing and fruity Peach Bellini Tea inspired by Olive Garden, combining brewed black tea with peach nectar and puree, lemon juice, and a touch of sweetness, served chilled over ice for a perfect summer beverage.

Ingredients

Scale

Tea Base

  • 2-3 black tea bags
  • 4 cups water

Peach Mixture

  • 1 cup peach nectar or peach puree
  • 1-2 fresh peaches, sliced (for garnish and puree)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup simple syrup or honey

To Serve

  • Ice cubes, to taste
  • ½ cup sparkling water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew black tea: Boil 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan, then steep 2-3 tea bags for 5-7 minutes to extract full flavor. Remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool completely.
  2. Prepare peach puree: Peel the fresh peaches and blend them with ½ cup of water until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any solids for a smooth consistency.
  3. Mix ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine the cooled black tea, 1 cup peach nectar or the prepared puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup or honey. Stir well until all components are thoroughly mixed.
  4. Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the tea and peach mixture over the top. Optionally, add sparkling water for a bubbly finish. Garnish with peach slices or fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of simple syrup or honey according to taste.
  • Using sparkling water adds a refreshing fizzy element similar to classic Bellini cocktails.
  • Peach nectar can be substituted entirely with fresh peach puree for a fresher taste.
  • Serve immediately after mixing to enjoy the best flavor and chill.
