Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, parsley, basil, salt, and black pepper to a 16-ounce mason jar.
- Mix Dressing: Secure the lid tightly on the mason jar and shake vigorously until all ingredients are well combined and emulsified. Alternatively, pour the ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for 10-20 seconds until smooth.
- Store or Use: Use the dressing immediately on your salad or store it in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Before each use, bring the dressing to room temperature and shake well to recombine the ingredients.
