Salmon Bites
- 1 pound skinless salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Bang Bang Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
- Prep the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes. Toss the cubes in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper to coat evenly.
- Cook the Salmon: Choose your preferred method: To cook on the stovetop, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the salmon cubes for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through. To bake, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 10–12 minutes. To air fry, preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and air fry the salmon bites for 8–10 minutes.
- Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth and well combined.
- Toss and Serve: Once the salmon bites are cooked, toss them in the bang bang sauce to coat evenly. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
